Muyal Moral Stories (“we”, “us”, “Muyal Moral Stories”) is a small, independent creative project run by an individual creator (Maha) for families and schools. The site moral-stories.muyal.online and related services are operated under the brand “Muyal Moral Stories”. These terms apply to your use of our website, stories, coloring books, and any services we offer.

Use of Content

• Stories and coloring books are for personal and educational use.
• No resale, republication, or commercial distribution without written permission.
• Reasonable classroom sharing is welcome with attribution to “Muyal Moral Stories”.

Digital Downloads (PDF)

• PDF coloring books are delivered instantly after payment or via email link.
• No cancellations or refunds after download, as the full product is received.
• Please review free story content before choosing to pay and download.

Printed Products (Future)

• Dispatch timeline: within 7 business days via India Post or other partners.
• Order cancellation: allowed within 2 days if the order has not shipped.
• No cancellations after shipment is initiated.
• Damaged or defective on arrival: request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns must be unused and in original packaging; upon approval, refunds are issued minus a 10% processing fee within 30 days.

AI Editing & Custom Merchandise

We may offer AI‑assisted image edits (e.g., creative portraits, themed designs) and/or fulfill merchandise via partners. By submitting images, you confirm you have rights to use them and grant us a limited license to edit solely to deliver the requested service. Outputs are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

• Tools/providers: we may use open‑source workflows and leading APIs such as Stability AI (Stable Diffusion), Google Gemini, and OpenAI. Your files may be uploaded to these providers to process your request.
• Processing choice: if you require processing only on our managed compute (e.g., Runpod) without external uploads, use the online option or email us. We will honor this where technically and economically feasible.
• Feasibility: if we cannot reasonably fulfill a strict‑processing request, we will politely decline before accepting payment.
• Approval workflow: initial delivery is a watermarked preview via email. If you approve, we deliver finals upon payment confirmation; if you do not approve, we refund minus a 10% processing/management fee within 30 days.

Privacy & Data

• Data collected: email (and phone for orders), order metadata, limited usage analytics.
• Uses: send download links, order updates, support, and relevant Muyal Moral Stories news/offers.
• Legal bases (GDPR): consent (subscriptions, marketing), contract (orders/services), legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention).
• We do not sell personal data. Opt‑out/withdraw consent anytime via email or unsubscribe links.
• Processors/partners: hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), payments (e.g., Razorpay), AI providers (see above), and shippers (e.g., India Post or integrated partners).
• Security & third parties: we use reasonable safeguards and contracts where feasible, but are not responsible for incidents on a partner’s systems (e.g., courier misuse). Notify us and we’ll act promptly.
• Cookies/Analytics: browser controls allow cookie limitation; some features may degrade.
• Children: we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. Parents/guardians should supervise use.

Global Privacy (GDPR, India DPDPA)

• Controller: Muyal Moral Stories (individual creator). Contact: muyalmoralstories@gmail.com.
• Rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection, and consent withdrawal. Email requests are honored subject to verification.
• International transfers: your data may be processed outside your country. We use reputable processors and appropriate safeguards where applicable.
• Retention: keep data only as needed for services, legal, tax, or fraud‑prevention obligations; then delete or de‑identify.
• Complaints: EU/UK users may contact their data protection authority; India users may contact the DPB when applicable—please email us first so we can help.

Payments

• All prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (India). We do not store your full card details; processing is subject to Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy.
• Fraud or abuse may lead to order cancellation and account restrictions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and our privacy practices from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
