Ages 3-106 min read

Scene 1: The note that started it

A yellow note was taped to the classroom wall. It said, "Good things I will remember." Pooja wrote first: "Karthi carried my heavy bag yesterday." She drew a tiny chalk flower beside it.

She wanted to win the art wall for the month.

Scene 2: The paint spill

During art time, Karthi turned too fast and splashed blue paint across Pooja's drawing.

Pooja's heart thudded. "Why are you so careless?" she said.

Karthi froze. "I'm sorry," he whispered.

Scene 3: The kural moment

Pooja stared at the blue puddle. Then she saw the yellow note on the wall and remembered Karthi helping her yesterday.

Her teacher said the kural:

நன்றி மறப்பது நன்றன்று நன்றல்லது
அன்றே மறப்பது நன்று.
Remember the good others do, and let go of hurts quickly.

Pooja took a breath. "Let's fix it together," she said.

Scene 4: A new drawing

They turned the spill into a river. Pooja drew boats. Karthi added a bridge and two tiny birds.
